Acupuncture

Acupuncture is part of the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese and Korean medicine.

Traditional Chinese and Korean medicine practitioners believe the human body has more than 2,000 acupuncture points connected by pathways or meridians. These pathways create an energy flow (Qi, pronounced "chee”) through the body that is responsible for overall health. Disruption of the energy flow can cause disease. By applying acupuncture to certain points, it improve the flow of Qi, thereby improving health.

Herbal medicine is part of a larger healing system called traditional Chinese and Korean medicine , which is a complete medical system that has been used to diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses for more than 2,000 years. TCM is based on a belief in yin and yang.

Cupping

Cupping Therapy is an ancient Korea and Chinese healing technique that offers a holistic approach to the health and well-being of an individual. This therapeutic technique involves placing cups on the skin to create suction that promotes healing and relaxation.

The suction cups are the unique trait of this therapy which are typically made of glass, bamboo or silicone. Placed on specific points on the body, these cups have a distinct ability to target both physical and energetic aspects of the body.
